Messier 4 atau M4 (juga disebut NGC 6121) adalah sebuah gugus bola yang terletak di rasi bintang Scorpio. M4 ditemukan oleh Philippe Loys de Chéseaux tahun 1746 dan dikelompokkan oleh Charles Messier tahun 1764.

M4 terlihat sangat mencolok, dan termasuk salah satu dari gugus bola yang paling mudah untuk dinemukan, yang terletak hanya 1,3 derajat barat bintang Antares, dengan magnitudo semu 10,8.
