Messier 28 (juga dikenal sebagai M 28 atau NGC 6626) adalah sebuah gugus bola yang terletak di rasi bintang Sagittarius. Gugus ini ditemukan oleh Charles Messier pada tahun 1764.
M28 berjarak sekitar 18.000 hingga 19.000 tahun cahaya dari Bumi. Sebanyak 18 bintang variabel tipe RR Lyrae telah diamati di gugus ini. Pada tahun 1986, M28 menjadi gugus bola pertama yang diketahui terdapat pulsar milisekon yang ditemukan oleh Teleskop Lovell di Observatorium Jodrell Bank.[3]
