Plogoff (bahasa Breton: Plougoñ) adalah sebuah komune di Finistère, Bretagne, Prancis.
Komune ini terletak di Cap Sizun dan memiliki suaka margasatwa burung yang besar dan sampai sekarang menjadi simbol penentangan atas pembangkit listrik tenaga nuklir.
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Nuklir
Pada awal tahun 1970-an, sebuah PLTN diusulkan untuk dibangun di sini, tetapi ditentang oleh penduduk sekitar dengan bantuan nasional dan internasional melalui aksi-aksi tanpa kekerasan. Semasa berkampanye untuk jabatan presiden, François Mitterrand berjanji menunda proyek tersebut.
