Kim Pyong-il (kelahiran 10 Agustus 1954 – ) adalah adik seayah dari pihak ayah mantan pemimpin Korea Utara, Kim Jong-il, dan putra dari pemimpin Kim Il-sung.[1] Ia saat ini adalah duta besar Korea Utara untuk Polandia. Adik laki-lakinya, Kim Yong-il (lahir 1955) meninggal di Berlin pada tahun 2000
Kim lahir dari pasangan Kim Il-sung dan Kim Song-ae, mantan sekretaris Kim Il-sung. Kim memiliki satu saudara bungsu, Yong-il,[2] dan satu kakak seayah, Kyong-hui, yang kemudian menikah dengan pimpinan senior Chang Sung-taek.[3]
