Conakry adalah ibu kota sekaligus kota terbesar Guinea. Penduduknya berjumlah 2.000.000 jiwa (2007). Kota ini merupakan pusat ekonomi terbesar di Guinea. Terletak di pelabuhan Samudra Atlantik. Kota ini diambil dengan nama "Cona", merupakan industri anggur dan keju oleh Penduduk Baga, dan "nakiri", biasanya disebut selain di tepi sungai.
