In 2003, afore the release o the baund's first full length album, Bouchard decidit tae switch frae vocals tae lead guitar. Vocalist Frank Pellerin teuk ower for Bouchard on 2003's Cease to Suffer. Later that year, the baund signed wi Victory Records. Still unner contract tae Cyclop Records, the baund released the EP Rehearsal tae fulfill their contract obligation. Their first full length album for Victory wis 2004's Unbroken. Efter the release o Unbroken, Pellerin left the baund an wis replacit bi Tennessee native sangster Kevin Randel tae release 2005's Strength through Vengeance. Less nor ane month efter releasin their fowert full length album, 2007's War of Aggression, the baund decidit tae caw it quits.
