Wetherby adalah sebuah kota pasar dan paroki sipil di dalam wilayah metropolitan kota Leeds, di West Yorkshire, Inggris. Lokasinya berada di Sungai Wharfe, dan selama berabad-abad telah menjadi tempat persimpangan Jalan Raya Utara, dengan letak tepat di antara London dan Edinburgh. Wilayah ini memiliki populasi sebesar 11.155.[1]

Bekas kantor Dewan Distrik Pedesaan Wetherby, sekarang digunakan sebagai Dewan Kota Leeds dan Dewan Kabupaten Wetherby.

Wetherby juga merupakan bekas distrik pedesaan di West Riding of Yorkshire sejak 1894 hingga 1974. Distrik pedesaan ini dihapus pada tahun 1974 berdasarkan UU Pemerintah Lokal 1972, dan dibagi menjadi dua distrik baru. Paroki-paroki Bardsey cum Rigton, Boston Spa, Bramham cum Oglethorpe, Clifford, Collingham, East Keswick, Harewood, Scarcroft, Thorner, Thorp Arch, Walton, Wetherby dan Wothersome menjadi bagian dari wilayah metropolitan Kota Leeds di West Yorkshire, dengan sisanya menjadi bagian dari Distrik Harrogate di North Yorkshire.
