Tepui /ˈtɛpwi/, atau tepuy (Spanyol: [teˈpuj]), adalah mesa atau gunung-meja berpuncak datar yang ditemukan di Amerika Selatan, terkhususnya di Venezuela dan Guyana barat, Kata "tepui" berarti "rumah para dewa" dalam bahasa daerah orang Pemon, penduduk pribumi Gran Sabana.

Tepui cenderung ditemukan sebagai sebuah entitas terisolasi, bukan serangkaian struktur yang berhubungan, yang menjadikannya sebagai tempat tinggal banyak spesies hewan dan tumbuhan endemik yang unik. Tepui yang terkenal mencakup Auyan, Autana, Neblina dan Gunung Roraima. Mereka umumnya terbentuk dari bongkahan-bongkahan batu pasir arenit kuarsa Prakambrium yang naik ke permukaan secara mendadak. Tepui Auyan menjadi sumber Air terjun Angel, air terjun tertinggi di dunia.
