St Asaph (/ˈæsəf/;[1] bahasa Wales: Llanelwy [ɬanˈɛlʊɨ̯]) adalah kota[2] dan komunitas di pinggiran Sungai Elwy, Denbighshire, Wales. Pada sensus tahun 2011 memiliki populasi 3.355 jiwa,[3] menjadikannya kota terkecil kedua di Inggris dalam hal populasi dan daerah perkotaan. Kota ini termasuk di dalam county Flintshire yang bersejarah.
Kota St Asaph dikelilingi oleh pedesaan dan pemandangan Lembah Clwyd. Kota ini terletak dekat dengan sejumlah kota pantai yang sibuk seperti Rhyl, Prestatyn, Abergele, Colwyn Bay dan Llandudno. Selain itu, Kastel bersejarah Denbigh dan Rhuddlan juga tidak jauh.
