Sarıyer (pengucapan [saˈɾɯjeɾ]) adalah distrik paling utara dari Istanbul, Turki, pada sisi Eropa kota tersebut. Distrik tersebut bersebelahan dengan Eyüp di barat laut, Beşiktaş di selatan dan Şişli di barat. Sarıyer memiliki penduduk yang berjumlah sekitar 260,000 orang. Wali kotanya adalah Şükrü Genç (CHP).
