Landshut (Boarisch: Landshuad) adalah sebuah kota otonom (kreisfreie Stadt) di Bayern, Jerman. Berada di sungai Isar, Landshut adalah ibu kota Niederbayern, salah satu dari 7 daerah administratif Negeri Bebas Bayern. Landshut juga ibu kota distrik yang mengelilinginya. Dengan penduduk lebih dari 60.000 jiwa, Landshut adalah kota terbesar di Niederbayern, diikuti oleh Båssa dan Straubing, juga kota terbesar ke-2 di Bayern Timur setelah Regensburg.

Karena lambangnya yang khas, kota ini juga sering disebut "Kota Tiga Helm" (bahasa Jerman: Dreihelmenstadt).

Karena kedekatan dan akses yang mudah ke München dan Bandara Internasional Franz Josef Strauss, yang terletak separuh jalan antara München dan Landshut di bantaran sungai Isar, Landshut menjadi kota yang memiliki penduduk pengangguran terendah di Bayern.
