Mainburg (bahasa Bayern: Moaburg) adalah kota yang terletak di distrik Kelheim di Bayern, Jerman. Kota Mainburg memiliki luas sebesar 61.65 km². Mainburg pada tahun 2006, memiliki penduduk sebanyak 13.882 jiwa. Kota ini berada di sungai Abens, 30 km barat laut Landshut dan 30 km tenggara Ingolstadt.
