Hubungan Amerika Serikat dengan Libya merujuk kepada hubungan bilateral antara Libya dan Amerika Serikat. Hubungan saat ininya bersifat ramah dan kooperatif, terutama dalam kerjasama keamanan yang kuat hanya setelah serangan 2012 terhadap kantor atau misi penghubung AS di Benghazi.[1] Selain itu, jajak pendapat Gallup yang dilakukan pada Maret dan April 2012 menyatakan bahwa orang-orang Libya memiliki "salah satu kesepakatan tertinggi" terhadap kepemimpinan AS di seluruh kawasan Timur Tengah dan Afrika Utara.[2]
