Sinopliosaurus (artinya "kadal Tiongkok") adalah sebuah genus plesiosaurus pliosauroidae.[1] Hewan tersebut hidup pada tahap Aptian dan Albian dari periode Kapur Awal[2] di Republik Rakyat Tiongkok. Spesies tipenya, Sinopliosaurus weiyuanensis, dinamai dan dideskripsikan pada 1944 oleh Yang Zhongjian.[3]
