Prosforon (bahasa Yunani: πρόσφορον, persembahan atau kurban) adalah sebuah potongan kecil dari roti beragi yang dipakai dalam liturgi Gereja Ortodoks Timur[1] dan Katolik Yunani (Bizantium). Bentuk jamaknya adalah prosfora (πρόσφορα). Istilah tersebut awalnya memiliki arti persembahan apapun yang dibuat kepada sebuah kuil, tetapi dalam Kristen Ortodoks, ini memiliki arti khusus untuk roti yang ditawarkan dalam Liturgi Ilahi (Ekaristi).
