NGC 246 (juga dikenal sebagai Nebula Tengkorak,[4] Nebula Pac-Man,[5] Cincin Cetus, atau Caldwell 56) adalah nebula planeter di rasi bintang Cetus. Nebula dan bintang-bintang yang terkait dengan nebula ini tercantum dalam beberapa katalog, seperti yang dirangkum oleh database SIMBAD.[1] Nebula ini berjarak sekitar 1.600 tahun cahaya.[6] Bintang katai putih pada pusat nebula, HIP 3678, bermagnitudo 12.[6]

Di antara beberapa astronom amatir, NGC 246 dikenal sebagai "Nebula Pac-Man" karena susunan bintang yang berada di pusat nebula dan bintang terhampar di sekitarnya.[5]
