Mentaos, Mentaok dan Bintaos (Wrightia pubescens)[1] adalah spesies pohon kecil dalam genus Apocynaceae. Penyebarannya meliputi: Australia (wilayah utara, Queensland), Tiongkok (wilayah selatan), Taiwan (diperkenalkan), Indonesia (Jawa, Kepulauan Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, Sulawesi, Sumatra), Papua Nugini, Filipina (Masbate, Panay, Guimaras, Negros, Cebu, Biliran, Leyte, Mindanao) dan Indochina (Kamboja, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam).[2] Di Vietnam disebut lòng mức lông.
