Jordan 194 adalah mobil Formula Satu dari tim Jordan Grand Prix untuk musim 1994. Kursi nomor 14 diambil oleh Rubens Barrichello dan kursi nomor 15 oleh Eddie Irvine. Kelvin Burt ditunjuk sebagai test driver, tetapi jarak tempuhnya di dalam mobil terbatas.

Masih sama seperti musim sebelumnya, mobil ini ditenagai oleh mesin Hart.

Barrichello mencetak pole position pertama untuk tim ini di Grand Prix Belgia.
