Pustaka C GNU (Bahasa Inggris: GNU C Library) atau sering disingkat menjadi glibc, merupakan implementasi standar C oleh Proyek GNU. Menyediakan bungkusan di sekitaran panggilan sistem kernel Linux dan kernel lain untuk penggunaan aplikasi. Walaupun dengan nama tersebut, sekarang juga mendukung C++, dan, secara tidak langsung mendukung bahasa pemrograman lainnya.[3] Dimulai pada 1980an oleh Yayasan Perangkat Lunak Bebas (FSF) untuk operasi sistem GNU.
