Gilby Engineering adalah tim balap mobil yang kemudian bertransformasi menjadi konstruktor pembangun mobil balap dari Inggris. Tim berkompetisi di 12 lomba Formula Satu termasuk dengan enam mobil yang dibuat langsung oleh mereka tetapi tidak pernah mencetak satu poin kejuaraan pun.
Setelah tim berhenti berkompetisi di Formula Satu, mobil-mobil Gilby yang terakhir dibeli dan masuk dalam tiga lomba pada musim 1963, oleh privateer Ian Raby. Keith Greene meraih tempat ketiga di kejuaraan Grand Prix Naples tahun 1962, dengan mobil bermesin BRM, di belakang Ferrari yang dikemudikan Willy Mairesse dan Lorenzo Bandini.
