Prof. Drs. Edy Yuwono, Ph. D (lahir 8 Desember 1962) adalah Rektor Universitas Jenderal Soedirman periode 2010-2013. Ia dilantik menggantikan rektor sebelumnya, Prof. Dr. Ir Sudjarwo.[1]

Edy merupakan guru besar Universitas Jenderal Soedirman bidang ilmu Fisiologi Hewan pada Fakultas Biologi. Ia merupakan salah satu ahli biologi Unsoed terkait masalah kelautan yang dapat menerjemahkan pengembangan akuakultur berwawasan konservasi, dengan tidak terbelenggu pada dogma ilmu baku [2]

Edy seangkatan SMA dengan rektor Universitas Gadjah Mada, Panut Mulyono.
