Pemeran utama dalam film Atoll K ialah tim komedi yang terdiri dari Stan Laurel dan Oliver Hardy dalam penampilan layar lebar terakhir mereka. Judul Atoll K merupakan penamaan film ini untuk rilis di Prancis dan Italia. Perilisan film di Britania Raya diberi judul Robinson Crusoeland. Sedangkan di di Amerika Serikat diberi judul Utopia.
