1-Butuna adalah sebuah senyawa organik dengan rumus CH3CH2C≡CH. Ia adalah sebuah alkuna terminal. Senyawa ini merupakan substrat alkuna terminal yang umum dalam berbagai penelitian katalisis. Ia adalah gas nirwarna yang mudah terbakar.[1]
1-Butuna berpartisipasi dalam reaksi tipikal alkuna terminal, seperti metatesis alkuna,[2] hidrogenasi, dan kondensasi dengan formaldehida. Berdasarkan panas pembakarannya, ia sedikit lebih stabil dibandingkan isomernya, 2-butuna.[3]
