Ciarán Hinds (/ˈkɪərɔːn ˈhaɪndz/ KEER-awn-_-hyndz; lahir 9 Februari 1953) adalah seorang pemeran film, televisi dan panggung asal Irlandia.^[1]^[2] Ia membangun sebuah reputasi sebagai aktor karakter yang tampil dalam film-film tingkat tinggi seperti Road to Perdition, The Sum of All Fears, The Phantom of the Opera, Munich, There Will Be Blood, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, The Woman in Black, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance dan Frozen. Ia berperan sebagai Steppenwolf dalam film Justice League .

Peran-peran televisinya meliputi Gaius Julius Caesar dalam serial Rome, DCI James Langton dalam Above Suspicion, Bud Hammond dalam Political Animals dan Mance Rayder dalam Game of Thrones pemenang Emmy Award.
