Redirect
Why does category of graded vector spaces redirect here? I thought gr.VS's were usually Z- or N-graded, e.g. in de Rham or rational singular cohomology. Are we being perhaps too hasty in trying to make all things "super"? —vivacissamamente (talk) 08:01, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- No, the article just has a convoluted history. Initially, category of graded vector spaces was a proper article and not a redirect. Although, it was primary about the category of super vector spaces and not graded vector spaces in general. Perhaps the author named it with the intention of expanding it later, or perhaps they were unaware that there were, in fact, more general entities called graded vector spaces. Eventually, someone merged the content here (which was probably best) and provided a redirect. But, as you point out, this is an odd place to redirect such an article to. I've changed it to point to graded vector space until such time as someone wants to write a proper article on the subject. -- Fropuff (talk) 04:10, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
