Oh Dear! We used to have two pages "Matrix theory (physics))" and "Matrix string theory" which described different but related subjects. They have been merged but in a way that mixes the two ideas incorrectly as if they were the same thing. I'm going to try and fix this using mostly material from the previous two articles, but with the distinction made clear and added supporting references that were previously missing. It would have been easier to do this sensibly if the two pages had been merged into "Matrix theory (physics))" instead of this one but I wont try to correct that Weburbia (talk) 11:03, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
