The martensite article is very convoluted because it mixes topics between martensite in steel and martensitic transformations (and therefore "martensite" in other materials). I think the martensitic transformation information should be merged into the diffusionless transformations article to begin with and then if it garners enough attention it can become its own article. y = Sx"

I don't have any previous knowledge about this topic so I don't want to make a potentially incorrect edit but this seems to me like y and x have been switched around and either the equation should be x = Sy or the text should say "transforms one vector x into a new vector y"
