Witelo

Sampul Vitellonis Thuringopoloni opticae libri decem (Sepuluh Buku Optik karya Thuringo-Pole Witelo)

Witelo (juga Erazmus Ciolek Witelo; Witelon; Vitellio; Vitello; Vitello Thuringopolonis; Vitulon; Erazm Ciołek; kelahiran sekitar 1230, kemungkinan di Legnica di Silesia Hilir; meninggal setelah 1280, sebelum 1314) adalah seorang frater, teolog dan ilmuwan: fisikawan, filsuf alam, matematikawan. Ia merupakan figur berpengaruh dalam sejarah filsafat di Polandia. Di Bulan, terdapat kawah, Vitello, mengambil nama darinya.
