Torrezno

Torrezno adalah semacam makanan ringan bakon goreng yang diproduksi di Spanyol.

Sebagai makanan pokok di tempat bar Spanyol, torrezno sementara kehilangan ketenarannya sampai batas tertentu karena memiliki sifat kalori tinggi.[1] Makanan tersebut juga dijual sebagai makanan ringan di toko swalayan. Makanan tersebut terbuat dari bagian luar saluran pencernaan babi, diasinkan dengan garam dan paprika, menggunakan metode curing (atau bisa juga dengan pengasapan), dan kemudian digoreng.[1][2] Karena keterkaitannya dengan Soria, torrezno yang diproduksi di sana diberi marca de garantía [es] khusus.[3] Pada tahun 2014 yang lalu, The Guardian memaparkan torrezno sebagai "potongan perut babi goreng yang lezat".[4][5][6]
