Tomyris (/ˈtoʊm[invalid input: 'ɨ']rɪs/; dari bahasa Iran Timur: تهم‌رییش Tahm-Rayiš),[1] juga disebut Thomyris, Tomris, Tomiride, atau Ratu Tomiri, adalah penguasa Massagetae yang memimpin konfederasi pastoral-nomaden Scythia di sebelah timur Laut Kaspia, Asia Tengah (kini bagian dari Turkmenistan, Afganistan, Uzbekistan barat dan Kazakhstan selatan).[2][3][4][5] Tomyris memimpin pasukannya dalam upaya untuk mempertahankan diri dari serangan Koresh yang Agung dari Kekaisaran Akhemeniyah. Ia berhasil mengalahkan dan membunuh Koresh pada tahun 530 SM (walaupun hal ini dapat diperdebatkan karena menurut Herodotus kisah ini hanyalah salah satu dari berbagai kisah mengenai kematian Koresh yang Agung).

Tomyris beberapa kali disebutkan oleh penulis-penulis kuno seperti Herodotus, Strabo, Polyaenus, Cassiodorus, dan Jordanes.
