Pada episode ini, terjadi perselisihan antara pembimbing klub glee Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) dan pelatih Cheerleader Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch)karena Sue sekarang juga berperan sebagai partner pembimbing klub glee. Sue mencoba untuk membagi klub menjadi 2 bagian untuk melawan Will. Istri Will Terri (Jessalyn Gilsig) mengancam dokter ginekologinya, Dr Wu, untuk berbohong mengenai kehamilannya kepada Will.
