Acafellas adalah episode ketiga serial drama musikal komedi Glee yang ditayangkan pertama kali oleh jaringan Fox tanggal 16 September 2009. Berfokus kepada pembimbing klub glee Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) membentuk sebuah grup akapela, the Acafellas, dan menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya untuk grupnya ini sehingga mengabaikan klub glee. New Directions kesulitan dengan koreografi mereka dan menghadapi sabotase dari anggota Cheerleader sekolah. Mercedes (Amber Riley) jatuh cinta pada Kurt (Chris Colfer), yang ternyata adalah seorang homoseksual.
Penyanyi Josh Groban tampil sebagai tamu sebagai dirinya sendiri, John Lloyd Young muncul sebagai Henri St. Pierre(anggota The Acafellas), serta Victor Garber dan Debra Monk memerankan orang tua Will.
