Tefnut (Mesir Kuno: tfn.t; Koptik: ⲧϥⲏⲛⲉ tfēne)[1][2] adalah sesosok dewi dalam agama Mesir kuno, rekanan feminin dari dewa udara Shu. Fungsi mitologinya kurang jelas ketimbang Shu,[3] namun para Egiptologis berpendapat bahwa ia dihubungkan dengan kelembaban, berdasarkan pada pasal dalam Teks Piramida yang menyebutkan bahwa ia menghasilkan air, dan paralelisme dengan hubungan Shu dengan udara kering.[4][5] Ia juga merupakan salah satu dewi yang berfungsi sebagai Mata Ra.[6]
