Struthiopteris fallax adalah spesies paku berukuran kecil yang termasuk dalam famili Blechnaceae.[1] Spesies ini merupakan tumbuhan endemik Islandia, dan tumbuh di lingkungan yang berdekatan dengan mata air panas.[2]

Di Islandia, spesies ini tercatat dalam daftar merah setempat sebagai spesies terancam punah (EN),[3] tetapi hingga April 2021 belum pernah dinilai oleh IUCN.
