Salamander abe[1] (Hynobius abei) adalah spesies salamander dalam famili Hynobiidae yang endemik di Jepang. Habitat alaminya adalah hutan, rawa-rawa dan sumber air. Salamander Abe kini berstatus spesies terancam kritis akibat dari hilangnya habitat salamander ini.
