Joseph Riddick Hendrick IV (2 April 1980 – 24 Oktober 2004) yang juga dikenal dengan nama Ricky Hendrick, merupakan seorang pembalap NASCAR dari Amerika Serikat yang juga bekerja sebagai manajer tim Hendrick Motorsports. Ia merupakan putra dari Rick Hendrick.[1] Ia meninggal dunia pada 24 Oktober 2004 setelah pesawat yang membawa dirinya bersama tujuh anggota keluarganya jatuh di Martinsville.[2]
