Cook Out Southern 500 merupakan balapan NASCAR Seri Piala yang digelar di Darlington Raceway di Darlington, South Carolina, USA. Balapan pertama digelar pada tahun 1957. Awalnya balapan ini hanya memperlombakan sejauh 300 mil. Kemudian meningkat menjadi 400 mil sejak 1966 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 500 mil pada 1973.
