Put

Put (Ibrani: פוט pûṭ; Yunani Septuaginta Φουδ Phoud) adalah putra ketiga dari Ham (salah satu putra Nuh), dalam Tabel Bangsa-Bangsa (Kejadian 10:6; 1 Tawarikh 1:8). Nama Put merujuk kepada tanah air Foenisia,[1] istilah tersebut juga ditujukan dalam Alkitab kepada bangsa yang dikatakan turun darinya, yang bertempat di Libya Kuno, tetapi beberapa cendekiawan mencetuskan Tanah Punt[2] yang diketahui dari hikayat-hikayat Mesir Kuno.
