Pons Racing adalah sebuah tim balap motor dan balap mobil yang terdaftar dengan memakai lisensi Britania Raya dengan nama lengkap Pons Racing UK, Ltd. Prinsipal sekaligus pemilik tim ini adalah Sito Pons, mantan juara dunia GP250. Saat ini tim turun di Moto2 dengan memakai nama moniker Pons HP 40 untuk alasan sponsorship.
Di arena balap motor, khususnya Grand Prix Sepeda Motor, tim ini pernah mempekerjakan beberapa pembalap terkenal diantaranya Alex Barros, Troy Bayliss, Max Biaggi, Loris Capirossi dan Sete Gibernau.
Di arena balap mobil tim ini pernah menjuarai ajang World Series by Nissan di musim 2004 bersama pembalap Finlandia Heikki Kovalainen. Tim ini juga pernah diperkuat pembalap Indonesia Philo Paz Armand.
