Kapten Grup Peter Wooldridge Townsend CVO, DSO, DFC & Klip (22 November 1914 – 19 Juni 1995) adalah seorang perwira Angkatan Udara Britania Raya, penerbang ulung, courtier, dan pengarang. Ia merupakan equerry untuk Raja George VI dari tahun 1944 sampai 1952 dan memiliki kedudukan yang sama untuk Ratu Elizabeth II dari tahun 1952 hingga tahun 1953. Ia dikenal karena memiliki hubungan romantis dengan Putri Margaret, satu-satunya saudara kandung Ratu.
