Periphyllidae adalah famili ubur-ubur. Familia ini berisi 4 genus dan 6 spesies.[1] Spesies yang paling terkenal dalam familia ini, Periphylla periphylla, biasanya dianggap sebagai spesies laut dalam, tetapi ubur-ubur ini terdapat juga di permukaan fjord Norwegia.[2]
