Operasi Cyclone adalah nama kode untuk program Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Amerika Serikat untuk mempersenjatai dan mendanai mujahidin Afganistan di Afganistan dari 1979 sampai 1989, sebelum dan saat intervensi militer oleh USSR dalam mendukung Republik Demokratik Afganistan. Mujahidin tersebut juga didukung oleh MI6 Britania Raya, yang melakukan aksi-aksi rahasia terpisah.[1]
