Newtonsaurus adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus theropoda coelophysoidea punah dari periode Trias Akhir (Rhaetian) di Formasi Lilstock, Wales Selatan, Britania Raya. Genus tersebut terdiri dari sebuah spesies tunggal, Newtonsaurus cambrensis, yang awalnya dinamai sebagai spesies dari Zanclodon, yang diketahui dari paruh depan dari rahang bawah. Dengan total panjang sekitar 5–7 meter (16–23 ft), hewan tersebut dianggap menjadi salah satu theropoda terbesar yang diketahui dari periode Trias.[1]
