Dalam mitologi Mesir, Nephthys adalah bentuk Yunani dari epitet (sebenarnya dibaca Nebet-het, dan Nebt-het, dalam transliterasi dari hieroglif Mesir). Nephthys, merupakan anggota Ennead Agung Heliopolis, putri Nut dan Geb. Nephthys merupakan dewi yang disamakan dengan "kekuatan" (atau penyelesaian) saudaranya, Isis dan, menurut kebiasaan yang tidak terlalu terkenal, dia juga merupakan saudara-istri Set. Nephthys biasanya dihormati sebagai ibu dewa kubur Anubis.
