NGC 75 adalah galaksi lentikular yang diperkirakan berjarak 260 juta tahun cahaya[3] di konstelasi Pisces. Galaksi ini ditemukan oleh Lewis A. Swift dari Amerika pada tahun 1886 dan memiliki magnitudo tampak 13.2.[5]
