Michael Strank (10 November 1919 – 1 Maret 1945) adalah seorang sersan Korps Marinir Amerika Serikat yang gugur dalam tugas pada Pertempuran Iwo Jima dalam Perang Dunia II. Ia adalah salah satu marinir yang mengibarkan bendera Amerika Serikat kedua di atas Gunung Suribachi pada 23 Februari 1945, seperti yang ditampilkan dalam foto ikonik Pengibaran Bendera di atas Iwo Jima karya fotografer Joe Rosenthal. Dari enam marinir yang ditampilkan dalam foto, Strank adalah satu-satunya orang yang diidentifikasikan secara benar dari permulaan
