Meta Golding (lahir 2 November 1971) adalah seorang aktris asal Haiti-Amerika Serikat.

Kehidupan awal

Golding lahir di India pada tahun 1971.[1][2][3] Orang tuanya adalah pekerja bantuan internasional,[3] dan dia dibesarkan di beberapa negara. Selain Amerika Serikat, Golding juga pernah tinggal di India, Haiti, Prancis dan Italia.[4] Selama tahun-tahunnya di Italia, dia berkompetisi di atas es sebagai pemain seluncur indah, tetapi ketika cedera mengakhiri karier seluncurnya, dia mulai berakting di teater.[4] Dia kembali ke Amerika Serikat untuk kuliah di Universitas Cornell dan memperoleh gelar dalam Seni Teater dan Hubungan Internasional.[2]
