Melfalan adalah obat golongan agen antineoplastik sitotoksik. Melfalan bisa digunakan dalam tata laksana mieloma multipel seperti, kanker payudara, karsinoma ovarium, polisitemia vera, adenokarsinoma ovarium lanjut, melanoma, sarkoma jaringan lunak, atau neuroblastoma.[5]
