Mapuche (Mäpfuchieu) adalah penduduk asli Chili tengah dan selatan dan Argentina selatan. Mereka dikenal sebagai suku Araucania (araucanos) oleh bangsa Spanyol. Istilah tersebut kini dianggap peoratif[1] dan istilah Mapuche adalah yang paling sering digunakan. Mapuche membentuk 4% populasi Chili,[2] yang kebanyakan tinggal di Region Araucania.
