Malkata (atau Malqata; bahasa Arab: الملقطة), adalah situs kompleks istana Mesir Kuno yang dibangun pada masa Kerajaan Baru, oleh Firaun Dinasti ke-XVIII Amenhotep III. Terletak di tepi barat sungai Nil, Thebes, Mesir Hulu, di padang pasir selatan Medinet Habu. Situs ini juga mencakup sebuah kuil yang dipersembahkan untuk Istri Kerajaan Agung Amenhotep III, Tiye, yang menghormati Sobek,dewa buaya.
